Congrats on Composite #272....Harbaugh is killin' it. When the low ranking is from Scout, we toss it and re-grade - so he's a top 175 4*, whose ranking is only that low because he's a well rounded athlete who plays other sports. We have it on good authority he's better than Costello. Thanks for playing!

Michigan is stealing defensive players from Bobby Petrino. That's a bold move, let's see how it works out for them

No troll, Michigan guys, did you switch strength and conditioning coaches? Nearly everyone on your team looks undersized

Doesn't some to be much talent on this Michigan team. No real gamebreakers on offense. Where is Ty Isaac? And why the hell would you not give Peppers some offensive snaps

Jaron Dukes being on a football scholarship at Michigan is hilarious.

Boy this has got to be a kick in the nuts for Michigan fans. Feel like this is really similar to where PSU was last spring. Difference is recruiting for michigan doesn't seem to be providing the results that it should. Harbaugh should take as many WR's as he can this cycle and process the entire receiving corp.

It's a Spring Game where the teams were drafted. I'm not sure I'd call this a kick to the nuts...we all knew UMs QBs are not very good. It's obvious also that the defense is way ahead of the O. I'm gonna reserve my judgement until the fall. I'm not saying we're gonna win 10-11 games or anything silly like that but I'm far from worrying about what I see in a fucking spring game

OL is a question mark (and certainly effected by the draft), but your WR's are atrocious, and your RB's aren't much better. I think Ruddock or Morris might be able to manage a game, but who is going to make plays? I'd even say your DB's outside of Peppers and maybe countess are below average.

I'd be more concerned if the split squad offense was gashing the D

The spring game clearly established Michigan as the team to beat in the East. Your move, Illinois.

To a certain extent OL can be developed, but playmakers are sheer talent. Doesn't seem to be any on your roster now that Funchess is gone

Doesn't seem to be any on your roster now that Funchess is gone The OL was dispersed on to two teams, Isaac didn't even play except for one snap due to injury, and the quarterbacks didn't exactly give the receivers a chance to make many plays (which will be a problem). Could we use a talent upgrade? Sure, of course. Are we near Ohio State as far as playmakers? No, not at all. But your take is pretty extreme for a spring game under a new coaching staff.

I'm not sure what you expect out of Michigan. Do you think all of a sudden they're going to be Ohio State or something? The spring game was a split squad deal. The defense is ahead of the offense clearly and it's obvious our QBs will be game managers. That being said, you criticize the OLine play w/o even seeing the 1s play together. That affects pass pro and the running game. Yes we don't have Funchess out there, but Darboh, Butt, and Chesson are solid. There were plenty of drops but again it's fucking April. I'm not saying this team is littered with all B1G team players by any stretch but after watching the Spring Game and extrapolating what you saw into "must be a kick in the nuts" and we have no playmakers seems a tad extreme. We are a 8-ish win team this year pure and simple

We are a 8-ish win team this year pure and simple i also gave OL a pass due to the split nature of the scrimmage, however individual playmaker talent isn't really impacted by that. I have gotten the pleasure of having to sit through about 3 spring games in a row with a depleted shitty roster, there are a lot of red flags that i have seen from psu that michigan rolled out today. I'm really trying hard not to troll. I'm not sure you are a 500 team though. I guess that depends on your OL in Rudock, but if you get out of the OOC schedule at 500, I think Michigan will be lucky.

According to one insider, things seem to be going pretty well for UM...
"Our current Quarterbacks are not very good. I can't name one Quarterback Bo had that started that isn't way more talented than the kids we have now. Honestly Speight shouldn't have ever been offered here and Morris was horribly overrated by recruiting services. I have been told directly by somebody on the staff that they can't believe how bad these kids are. The days people have reported that the kids are having good days at practice are the days that the defense have let up to give the offense some confidence. Against the number 1 defense using the complete defensive play book are offense in practice doesn't move the ball and it's nothing but int's,sacks and incomplete passes."

People seem to think Desmond Fitzpatrick is committing to Michigan tonight. Either that, or his Dad is headlining a dinner theater.

I wonder where he went. To stand on the kid's lawn? I'm pretty sure the kid didn't throw a press conference on Easter. Was he having dinner in 1986 and needed to drive to 2012 to follow the announcement on twitter?
