got this bad boy so I don't have to worry about doing mass chicken cooks in the oven all the time: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0083I7TCI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1gonna be griddlin all the breasts tonight. current regimen has me at 305g Protein everyday - mostly to fill macros and hit an overall calorie count of 2531 without eating a bunch of fat/carbs - and that shit is really tough to get. 10 days into the cutting though and down from 205 to 195. vast majority of it is water weight that got flushed out by a thermogenic but still feelsgoodman to see the outline of some abs from the midsection fat that is also in that weight loss. lot of fucking Tabata Cardio and 25min run everyday after the workout. :killme: Bike rack for the car purchased and a huge store down the street is having a big spring sale next saturday. couple of us going down to try and find some clean wheels to bolster our newly formed bicycle gang. /TLAUlately

You lost 10 lbs in 10 days by taking in 2500 calories? weigh myself on the same scale every morning. keeps going down. as previously stated I started taking a thermogenic so I sweat my ass off all day and imagine a lot of it was water weight. also, i'm not sure how much shit weighs, but i had about 2-3 days of poop built up before the first weigh in at 205.

Finaflex Pro Xanthine 500XT. generally gets the best reviews of any thermo from what i could find. wash 1 down with a pre-workout at 4:45am and take another one around mid-afternoon 2pm-ish. No jitters. Still have a reasonable appetite. No "crash" of any sort. after 8 minutes of tabata row and then 25 minutes of yogging my shirt is completely drenched as well as a towel i use for my face. forehead is a constant stream of beads.

Adding redfish as a staple to my diet again now that it is spring time. Harvesting your own food makes it taste better.
