Tweaked by back a little bit this morning doing squats. Bad form on 1 rep of my first working set. Finished the other 3 sets, annoying.
Loosening up as the day goes on. Hopefully it doesn't linger. Bio freeze already applied.

Tweaked by back a little bit this morning doing squats. Bad form on 1 rep of my first working set. Finished the other 3 sets, annoying. Loosening up as the day goes on. Hopefully it doesn't linger. Bio freeze already applied. I've pinched a nerve in my neck before doing shrugs. I've actually done that numerous times and kept going. :loldog: I've learned to do shrugs at the very end of my workout in case my neck does want to act retarded I don't have to drop the entire rest of the workout.

The 2 guys I lift with were pumped about hitting their PRs yesterday. They were 205 and 225. They were very casual workout guys before they started with me and this has them all fired up and passionate about it. I think that feels better than actually getting mr PR tbh

I do wish I could olympic lift again tho fuck spending 180 on crossfit just so I can olympic lift. I'd rather save the money and buy awesome toys for the mountains

The new ones they bring in are going to bleed black shit all over your hands. and they feel greasy. something something racist black grease. 30days out workout engaged. thoughts: 1: fuck tabata everything 2: workouts are different. underhanded grip bench especially. not sure how i feels about that 3: sub'd DL for leg press today on 10x3. following that up with 6x5 squat was a grand ole time 4: the ab workout sucks. those jump twist things are worthless. amending the ab workout All i got. Fuck hex plates though
