No way it should be down this long. They said it'd be up weds and then by the weekend. 330 am Monday still no mb |

Offensive lineman John Simpson (North Charleston, S.C./Fort Dorchester) listed Clemson as his favorite with Georgia second two weeks ago during a school stop by 247Sports.com.
According to his coach Steve LaPrad, Simpson was close to publicly committing to Clemson at a Junior Day event earlier this spring.
In the last week plus, Simpson has went on a whirlwind of visits to SEC programs including Alabama, Mississippi State and South Carolina.
Simpson spoke especially high about his time at Alabama.
Simpson spent nine hours at South Carolina, the team he grew up liking, Thursday.
Still after all that, Simpson confirmed that Clemson still leads.
I've switched my Crystal Ball pick from South Carolina to Clemson.
The Crystal Ball now reads 56-percent for South Carolina and 44-percent for Clemson.
Simpson said he could make a decision this summer or early into his senior season.
He said he still plans to visit Florida Saturday for their Spring Game.
The four-star recruit is ranked as the nation's No. 10 guard and the No. 5 prospect in South Carolina in the 2016 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.

We need to come up with a backup plan in case this thing really is gone. No idea how you find/screen posters though for a new board if we have to start from scratch. I guess we need to go back to a personal vouch system and hope that everyone can network back in. I know only like 2 posters from RCUSA in real life.

I agree, chan. It is looking more and more by the day that the RCUSA is a dead stick that we shall never see again. I have no idea what can be done, but we definitely need to find some way to recreate that environment and try to get everyone back involved.

If someone knows what they're doing they can mirror their site within hours at the absolute worst. Obviously the mb didn't have the proper set up or even close to it. I know it might would be frowned upon but with all the traffic whoever runs the site could make quite a bit of cash if they ran it correctly.

Chan's update said tigers was the one updating the facebook page - would assume the twitter as well. Getting him on here would be a good start. Anyone in here post on TI? Could link this thread to the RCUSA thread that started a week ago. May attract some of the old posters back in here. Would at least start getting something going. |

Also on 247 the Clemson guy posted that Clemson's situation with Gary #1 recruit is similar to Wilkins and Clemson is in very good shape. landing five star dt in consecutive classes to go with the rest of the linemen on both sides is what we were missing from being elite in the past

Seems like having family nearby combined with Dabo's family selling point is going to be huge. Love him having family in SC, thats going to be a major major advantage
